Wow que rico se siente volver al gimnasio, tenía mucho tiempo sin hacer pesas y me doy cuenta que desde que dejé de ir al gym mi estado de ánimo bajó mucho. Mi situación económica ha mejorado un por lo que pude reunir un poco para el gimnasio de un par de días jajaja estoy seguro que mañana o pasado mañana me dolerá el cuerpo pero será un dolor rico ejeje

Wow, how nice it feels to go back to the gym, I had a long time without doing weights and I realize that since I stopped going to the gym my mood has dropped a lot. My economic situation has improved a bit so I was able to gather a little for the gym for a couple of days hahaha I’m sure that tomorrow or the day after tomorrow my body will hurt but it will be a rich pain hehe

                        How inspiring and good for you! I personally go to the gym to swim as it is low impact on my joints which have deteriorated quite horribly for someone my age. I always feel almost euphoric when I have been for a swim. It's just the motivation to get there in the 1st place that I battle with!
