It's totally pouring all day up here. Mr Teech is staying high and dry. I'm only out to drive my son to work before switching to warming up the house baking rather than gardening. I was wondering if there were more flooding alerts lately. 🙏

              I'm going to say that I think we are in the clear as of my writing this response, we are in the clear from flooding unless something changes with the rain tonight and tomorrow drastically. Whew! !LUV
