It was morning, everything was quiet and still. The darkness of the night had not yet completely departed. A light blue glow was beginning to spread across the sky. Just then, the first ray of the sun descended from the far east. That ray arrived silently with a golden light, as if carrying a message.
It shone on the mountaintops, danced on the branches of the trees, and melted into the water of the river like a geisha. The birds, who had been silent all night, began to chirp as soon as they saw this ray. The buds that were closed slowly began to smile. A new hope, a new beginning, as if nature were saying that after every night there must be light.
A small child, looking out the window, felt the light of the sun for the first time. A combination of wonder and joy was in his eyes. That ray entered his heart. It was not just light, it was the message of life: wake up, grow, and shine.
