A brother sat on his heavy truck and reached the city square and started shouting to the workers sitting there,
"Who wants to go with me on a wage, I will give you two hundred rupees a day."
At first, people laughed at him, then they stood up to explain to him, saying, "Sir, nowadays the daily wage of a laborer is not less than five hundred rupees. Why are you bent on committing injustice? No one will go with you. Don't make fun of yourself."
That man stood firm on his stand and kept inviting the workers to come with him. The noise died down and many of the workers went back, tired, when three frail old workers, whose faces showed poverty and compulsion, sat down in his car and said,
"Sir...! Let's go and do labor. It is better than being unemployed to work for you, let's earn some money and make dal roti for the family."
Bhai Sahib took the three of them along and stopped them at a utility store. He gave each of them a bag of twenty kilos of flour, five kilos of sugar and five kilos of ghee. He also placed five to five hundred rupees in the palms of the three of them and gave permission, saying, "That's all your work, you can go to your respective homes."
The next day, the same Sahib again reached the same place with his Shehzor truck and called out,
"Who wants to go with me as a laborer? I will give everyone two hundred rupees a day."
The laborers seemed to be ready, fighting with each other to be the first to get on the truck.
When the three elders from the previous day started to get on, he stopped them by saying that you had hired a daily wage yesterday, you are not needed today.
The rest of them happily left with the Shehzor man.
I have heard that Bhai Sahib got everyone to work as far west as possible. And he gave leave by paying two hundred rupees as labor
