Taking something from someone without permission is forbidden by Sharia and morality.
One thing that is often seen in our markets is that when people go to a shop to buy something, they take something that they consider small or of low value without the shopkeeper's permission. For example, if they start buying bananas, they take half a banana without paying for it. If they go to a peanut cart, they put a few seeds in their mouths while standing there. If they start buying grapes, they must put a few seeds in their mouths. If they go to a toffee shop, they will not be able to rest without taking a toffee or a snack.
