My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2025 - "My Alive and Thriving Thursday"!

Hello friends and happy Thursday evening to you and I also want to thank you for your visit!

This is a report for "today's" activities! I don't believe I will make it to the "8000 step-count", so I can post for the days activities now.

And so, after my normal morning "Kitty routine" I went out on the Green bike and headed towards the Park. Later on I will switch bikes!
So the first thing on the way was this in front of the Water Treatment facility,

Somehow, the pipes coming in from that side had become clogged. Notice "6" guys standing around....
This is a view south down the Shoreline,

And this Heron flew by,

It headed in the direction of the Fishing Pier,

Next to the Pier I saw this little young Heron fighting the wind,

And you can see in the bottom left photo how much of a struggle it was!
From there I went back home and ate and then headed back out on the Black bike. I went by the shopping area first. Over there was this Crepe Myrtle,

If you look close someone hung X-Mas bulbs on it,

From there I rode back over to the Park, this is a view towards Mustang Island,

You can see how the Clouds follow the Channel!
And these guys flew overhead,

Interesting - seeing a bit more of these than before.
This is a look at the afternoon Sun starting to go down in the West,

I decided to leave there and head down the Channel. I found the Pole Setter still stuck or something,

And you can't see him, but a "local pirate" has boarded the craft. I am sure he was not one of the crew as he drove up in a un-marked pickup and was wearing shorts and a T-shirt, but maybe....
Well, not wanting to be any part of that I turned around and passed the lower Breeding Pond,

The low tides are drying it out!

From there I headed home. The rest of the steps are from house chores, etc.
