Urgh! Discipline
Easy to say, hard to do, especially people like me who are easily motivated, but not discipline enough 😅

I think I can count less than 5 in one hand what I can be super consistent, and exercising alone doesn't segment to be in my list like it use to be.
I do try to hit at least 7K steps a day if possible, and only occasional jackpot 10k steps, but with massive drawback the next day.
My brain has gotta rewire one way or another.
And with that, I accidentally paid a trial program for at exercise, and it isn't cheap to be honest.
So to make full use of it, I managed to extract out (minus off the sound and added some other music to avoid copyright strikes so that I can everyone can benefit.
Of course, I chopped into smaller sizes, exercise per exercise so that it is not overwhelming
However, instead of YouTube shorts, I have uploaded on TikTok instead for better repeats.
