Hey Actifitters,
Plenty of sunshine yesterday but also very hot.
So before we left for our daily walk with Kaia, she got a bath. She's not a big fan of the water hose, but once it's done, she's all excited.
So we quickly went to the forest. More signs of leaves starting to change colors. So early in the season, that still surprises me. But look at that blue sky!
Kaia still had that post-bath extra energy and went after everything she could sense. I'm sure she even chased some imaginary critters!
I followed her wherever she wanted to go.
She finally found something very real, another deer.
She definitely had her exercise for the day. When she came back from that last chase, we made our way out of the forest.
And of course added some distance in the neighborhood under that bright sun and blue sky.
I completed the day's activities with a run. It was tough again. I think I was already used to the cooler temps. It's okay though, as the forecast shows much better temperatures for the coming days.
Oh and if you're wondering why we didn't see Le Chat yet, she just had a very lazy day, mostly sleeping inside with the A/C.
