Hey Actifitters,
Except for a dentist appointment, yesterday was again quite similar, especially for stepping activities, with the main one being of course our long daily walk with Kaia. Even though we knew Le Chat went inside just before we left, we made a quick stop behind the front yard.
The sky was a beautiful blue color, and the Moon proudly rising.
We quickly went to the bigger forest.
Again, no surprise, the large rainwater puddles near the entrance forced me to snap lots of photos.
Of course, Kaia photobombed a few ones, she wants to be part of it of course!
With at least 3 days in a row without rain, the water is slowly receding on the trails.
But there's still plenty of splashing fun for Kaia!
I guess these conditions are good for mushrooms, we started seeing plenty of them everywhere. Also that weird looking thing that I have no idea what it it...
Kaia had to suffer through a few long down/stays because she went after deer when I told her not to. She's usually allowed to chase what she wants in the forest, but there were a few people around this time and I didn't want her to scare them.
Before starting on our way back, we caught the last sunset colors near the street.
After skipping it for a few days because it was too flooded, we tried crossing back through the forest. Still deep puddles, but at least it's easier to walk around now.
And that was it for the day. Another 20k steps day, let's go!
As always, thanks for stopping by and see you tomorrow.
