Hey Actifitters,
Once again, it was an easy and slow start yesterday. Sam was posing like a real model, can you see the distant gaze? It's one of his favorite spots because he can see both sides of the yard.
As I've been doing often since I'm here, I saved a few lizards. I find them clinging to the sides as much as they can. If you leave them, I guess they eventually get exhausted.
But this one was easy to rescue. It stayed there a while. I just hope it didn't go back near the water later.
After another failed attempt at a walk with Sam, we went later with my mother. And of course Sam followed with no problem this time!
I added a run to the day's activities. Just a little over 5km again, but it felt a bit easier and it was faster. Let's see if I can start getting into a running routine before flying back home next week.
Of course, I couldn't miss the sunset, it was a beautiful one.
This view above the neighborhood roofs is always one I really enjoy.
But the sun goes down quick! I went in for a few minutes, all gone!
So we went for another short walk and I was surprised to see this huge pale Moon in the evening sky.
It was too difficult to get a better photo, so we just continued on the trail.
Until all the final colors turned pinkish.
And finally, it was easier to get a more traditional Moon shot.
Well, it was another good day, slow but active overall. And with a final step count above 20k, that ain't bad!
As always, thanks for stopping by and see you tomorrow.
