Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday was mostly similar to the previous one, nothing really out of the ordinary. In that case, we can always count on Le Chat to make us laugh. When we got out of the house for our first break in the yard, we found her this way in the middle of the yard, she looked so confused for some reason. "What the hell am I doing here, where am I, what's going on?..." Crazy Le Chat!
She seemed a little more awake when she joined us behind the front yard.
But we didn't stay there too long, because the sun was already getting kinda low on the horizon.
We quickly made our way to the forest, so we'd have time before it got too dark.
Unlike the day before, we walked a couple loops before chasing the sunset.
And here's the sunset!
Even though the sun goes down quickly these days, it still leaves us plenty of time with enough light for one more loop in the forest.
Even during the walk back home, the colors were still great. Orange on one side.
And beautiful pinkish hues everywhere else.
Unlike the day before, it was a bit cloudy, but I think it was a nice eerie touch for the Moon.
My ankle/Achilles was still very painful so I skipped my run again. On Friday, I think I will try anyways. I'm hoping it goes away after warming up, or maybe it just gets much worse. In any case, it will help decide on what training I can do over the week end. Only two weeks before Detroit half marathon, that'd really suck if I couldn't run it.
As always, thanks for stopping by and see you
