Hey Actifitters,
The new furnace show continued yesterday. Of course, the person I talked to before the week end didn't convey the message and I had to call back in the afternoon. They dispatched someone quickly luckily. He acknowledged the problem, tried a few things, thought he had fixed it for sure several times, just to see the error code coming back over and over... In the end, I made the decision to spend even more money and also change the A/C. He didn't try to sell it to me, but did mention it would fix the problem and improve the overall efficiency, 'I guarantee it'. So let's wait a couple more days for the installers to come back, rip out what they just installed and reinstall everything including the new A/C unit. More twists in the story tomorrow...
As for activities, we tried to include as many breaks as we could in the backyard and behind the front yard.
And it was the big return of Le Chat! She doesn't like snow but she's not too bothered with cold. And as there is much less snow on the ground, she decided to join us in the small forest. With these new people in the house working on the HVAC, she's been very scared and hiding all the time and I guess she needed the company and the cuddles with Kaia.
But she's still very worried, any noise, like airplanes passing over, could trigger her.
Later at night, we went for our real walk of the day in the bigger forest.
Pretty much no snow left near its entrance.
But a little is still resisting a little further.
Kaia enjoys it!
Well, in spite of the time wasted with this damn furnace, it was yet another pretty good step count. I am really surprised I made it this far in the #poprzeczka December competition without dropping a single bar. Let's see how far we can go.
