Greetings dear friends.
How did you spend your own day today? Mine was spent in a troublesome way. I and my brothers and a surveyor traveled to Aba city where we purchased a plot of land in the year 2019. Reaching there, first and foremost, we went to the landlord house to say hi. But the landlord was absent. So we proceeded with our movement.
Reaching the land we bought since 2019, we found a new pillar installed in at the middle of the one plot of land. Check the image below 👇
We became curious over the installation. We called on a neighbor around and found out that his own brother bought half plot while their other neighbor's son bought the remaining plot. Ahhh, 😫 what a world!!!
Despite that our land was sold to them, we tried pursuing peace by contacting the guys(buyers) in question so as to arrange on how to fight against the landlord.
Further information we received from those people he sold the land to is that the seller or landlord said that he went to a native doctor to inquire about my brother and found out that he is dead. That is why he sold the land to other people.
Imagine!!!
So, if someone should buy a property, once he dies, the property will automatically return to the original landlord. Thats strange to the ear!!!
Presently, the chieftains of the land and the king of the land said that they are going to look into it.
