Actifit Report – April 9, 2025
Slower Pace, Still Moving
Hey Actifit crew!
Yesterday was a bit more chill, and honestly, I needed it. After a few super active days, my body was asking for a slower rhythm — and I listened.
I still started the day with my usual morning routine:
Light warm-up to shake off the sleep
Easy 15-minute jog to get the blood flowing
A longer stretch session to loosen everything up ♂️
The rest of the day was spent in a relaxed flow — short walks, some light cleaning, and just staying gently active without overdoing it. Even on lighter days, I like to keep moving, just not pushing too hard.
Total steps: 12,285
Not a record-breaker, but still a solid day of staying active and connected with my body. Recovery is part of the process too, and I’m learning to respect that more.
Grateful for the balance and the chance to move with intention, even when things slow down a bit.
