Saturday was a day for distance and momentum. I started early, walking through open paths under clear skies, letting the rhythm of each step set the pace for the day. The middle part of the walk included a mix of terrain — a few steep inclines and some forest trails that kept the intensity high. By evening, I had already surpassed 20k steps but chose to add another short session to round off the day with precision. The result: nearly 25k steps and a sense of calm accomplishment.
🍴 Food & Fuel
Breakfast: Oatmeal with almond butter, banana, and cinnamon
Lunch: Tuna salad with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and olive oil
Dinner: Grilled chicken with quinoa, roasted peppers, and avocado slices
Nutrition followed a clean, steady line — high in protein, moderate carbs, and plenty of fresh vegetables. Each meal contributed to recovery and energy without excess.
💭 Reflection
Walking almost 25,000 steps wasn’t just about endurance but balance. The repetition of motion became a form of meditation — a quiet focus that aligned body and mind. Days like this remind me how movement fuels clarity and satisfaction, step after step.
