By early afternoon, the 20k mark was crossed with ease. A slower, calm stroll later closed the day, cooling down both body and mind.

Breakfast: Yogurt with granola, blueberries, and a drizzle of honey

Lunch: Turkey wrap with spinach and mozzarella

Dinner: Baked salmon with brown rice and asparagus

Meals stayed balanced and light, keeping energy steady through movement and recovery.

💭 Reflection

Cold mornings remind me how much motion reshapes the day. The contrast between stillness and stride — between chill and warmth — is a cycle of renewal. Each step taken under the rising sun feels like a quiet victory, marking rhythm, balance, and consistency.
