A slower-paced day, spent mostly outdoors in light motion. The morning began with stretching and mobility exercises, followed by a relaxed walk through the nearby park. Cooler autumn air made each step feel refreshing. The pace stayed easy but steady — the kind that clears the mind without straining the body.

Breakfast: Whole-grain toast with peanut butter and banana slices
Lunch: Quinoa salad with grilled vegetables and chickpeas
Dinner: Turkey and vegetable stew with sweet potatoes
The meals stayed simple, wholesome, and satisfying — just enough energy to maintain flow through the day without feeling heavy.
💭 Reflection
Even with fewer steps than usual, today carried a sense of calm balance. Movement doesn’t always need to push limits; sometimes it’s about staying connected to rhythm and breath. The slower tempo reminded me that consistency and presence are just as powerful as endurance.
