Breakfast: Protein shake with oats, berries, and soy milk
Lunch: Tuna and avocado salad with olive oil dressing
Dinner: Chicken stir-fry with rice noodles and vegetables
Meals were practical and balanced, with a good mix of protein and fresh ingredients. The shake fueled the morning activity, while the evening dish brought warmth and recovery after a full day on the move.
💭 Reflection
