A productive midweek day filled with purposeful walking. Most of the steps came from moving around town — errands, short distances, and one longer walk in the late afternoon to unwind. The temperature was mild, and the light wind carried that familiar scent of fallen leaves. Nothing forced, just a natural rhythm that added up by the end of the day.

🍴 Food & Fuel

Breakfast: Protein shake with oats, berries, and soy milk

Lunch: Tuna and avocado salad with olive oil dressing

Dinner: Chicken stir-fry with rice noodles and vegetables

Meals were practical and balanced, with a good mix of protein and fresh ingredients. The shake fueled the morning activity, while the evening dish brought warmth and recovery after a full day on the move.

💭 Reflection

12,254 steps — another solid day of steady progress. It wasn’t about pushing limits but keeping the flow consistent. The small daily movements continue to form the foundation for endurance and clarity.
