I took advantage of the calm weather to explore different routes, mixing open trails with quiet city streets. The rhythm built naturally, steady and focused, turning into a solid session of over 21,000 steps by the end of the afternoon.
🍴 Food & Fuel
Breakfast: Overnight oats with almond milk, chia seeds, and berries
Lunch: Grilled chicken wrap with spinach, hummus, and avocado
Dinner: Salmon fillet with roasted sweet potatoes and green beans
Meals were balanced, built for sustained energy. Clean ingredients and good hydration kept performance consistent throughout the day.
💭 Reflection
