The body responded well — strong strides, clear mind, and an effortless rhythm. In the afternoon, I added another session, lighter but consistent, which pushed the total past 22k steps. The day felt aligned, balanced, and full of forward momentum.

🍴 Food & Fuel

Breakfast: Smoothie with banana, oats, soy milk, and whey

Lunch: Grilled chicken with mixed vegetables and rice

Dinner: Tomato and lentil stew with herbs and whole-grain bread

A clean and energizing fueling routine — stable energy from morning to night, with meals that supported both endurance and recovery.

💭 Reflection

22,564 steps carried a simple message: consistency compounds. Strength grows quietly, not in one big push, but in the daily rhythm of showing up. Today’s movement felt like progress made visible — one step layered on top of another, building something meaningful.
