Good day to all active people. Finished my daily activity in the morning as I am planning to do a 24 hour water only fasting. I ended up completing only 21 hours as it would be too late in the evening to eat.
Had some boiled eggs with cherry tomatoes and dried okra for dinner. And topped it off with green tea afterwards. Wishing everyone a Tasty Thursday. Stay fit!
