Today was one of those Mondays: full of movement, energy, and a little chaos. The kind that makes you laugh and sigh at the same time
Both my kids had exams… but naturally, not at the same time. That would have been too easy, right? So I turned into chauffeur-in-chief, zigzagging from one location to another like a ninja mom on wheels.
To keep the house calm and focused for their studying (I hope), I spent the afternoon outdoors. Mowed the lawn, soaked up some sunshine, and let the tension melt away in the rhythm of nature.
Later, I ended the day with a peaceful walk with my hubby, a perfect way to hit my step goal (14,684 steps / 10.71 km ). My activity rings are glowing today: 490 kcal moved, 113 minutes trained, and 10 standing hours
Next week, I’m hoping to start fitness again, gently, slowly, with ease. No rush, just building back that strength and flow.
