I'm very happy to be moving a bit better on my ankle. After a 5km course check and set up walk, I lined up for the parkrun event. I started at the back just having a chat and catching with friends for the first kilometre, then started to jog the flat sections and down hills.
Listed my mum and sister for lunch. Also did a few body weight exercises, and an afternoon stroll to round of a decent activity count day.
