My 25 year old sand filter value started leaking, and my salt chlorinator has not been working correctly for a while.
I finally forked out for a totally new system. I saved a few dollars by installing it all myself, but it was still a very expensive exercise. I should not complain as we had a good run out of it and it its a lot of use in our hot Queensland climate.
