A mate recons I was a Christmas Grinch. For not getting dressed up for our Christmas day parkrun. He even went to trouble of ai ing my parkrun volunteer photo for a bit of a laugh. I thought I would have had a better activity count for the day with my morning run, but I did take it pretty easy for the rest of the day visiting family.
