Jupiter Jazz Metallic feature wall. I am not sure it is really me, but it was a lot easier and cheaper just to touch up and repair with the original paint still in the shed from more than 10 years ago than do totally redo. It might even come back into fashion again.
Fitness wise, it was just 45 minutes on the indoor wind trainer bicycle set up in the spare bedroom.
