Today started off early, watching @madame-cyntaia head off to work at 5:45am. After slamming down a couple cups of the good stuff, I decided to hit the trails before it got too hot and humid, and usually there is more ozarklife wildlife out there in the morning. Unfortunately today I was always one step behind the deer.
I did find a couple of frogs this first was smaller than a dime.
The second was about the size of a golf ball.
Of course there were some nice flowers to test my photography skills, the wind always seems to blow right when I’m trying to shoot.
The mushrooms are everywhere with the humidity being so high, they love it. This Bolita is just getting started and looks to be a big one, the turtles love these ones.
I finished off my aliveandghriving day with yard work and homemade apple crisp and cheeseburgers, a perfect finish to the day.
12000 steps today sports fans, and a couple hours with a weed eater and blower, I’m checking out for the night.
All text and photographs by me @nomaddreamer thanks for checking in.
