Greetings to you all dear actifitters and alivers on the hive blockchain where health and fitness is a great accomplishment.
Today is another wonderful day with great activities to show. I enjoy some in house chores before going out for a fitness health walk.
I walk from home at Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu road and then to Urua Ekpa road to attend the Christian meeting.
The meeting is of course spiritually refreshing and enlightening.
At the end of the day I made over 2400 steps.
