My Actifit Report Card: May 2 2025

From dry morning to wet evening I say greetings to you all dear actifitters and alivers on the hive blockchain where health is wealth.

The raining season is a season you don't correctly predict whether it's going to rain or not even if it doesn't appear to rain at the moment.

I went out for my Actifit fitness health walk from Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itam International market to buy some food items for the family. It's been more than two weeks since last I walk this route, so it will be nice to take advantage of the beautiful weather and burne some calories. So far, I have the walking distance of 5.10km and I have burne 221/270 kcal as seen in the image below

On returning home to continue with other activities, the weather changes and the thunderstorms blasted for some minutes and then the rain began to pour. Thank God I am already at home.

So far I have done 5212 steps to keep fit and healthy because health is wealth and I cannot trade it for anything.

That have been my fitness health walk as I report it in my Actifit Report Card.
