My Actifit Report Card: June 20 2026 || Alive And Thriving Saturday

Greetings to you all dear actifitters and happy Saturday to you all.

My fitness health walk today starts from home at Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu road and then to Urua Ekpa road to the construction site.

There at the site, I engage in titration and also packing and stacking of the 6"and 9" blocks. This isn energetic kind of work that saps strength. It really helps me to sweat out the stress, while my blood pumps normal.

Titrating the wall gives it a wonderful looks that adds more beauty to the compound.

Volunteering for this work gives us the opportunity to learn some skills in the building process which I never would have known.

Meanwhile, since a healthy person makes a wealthy nation and contribute positively, I decided to walk to stay healthy and remain fit both physically and mentally which helps me to be productive for myself, immediate family and the society at large in my little way.

I have been able to walk through the streets of Urua Ekpa to return back home to Ikot Ekpene Itam.

That make my walk to stay fit impressive for the day as I make over 5,200 steps and it is hereby reported in my Actifit Report Card.
