This week is off to a bit of a rough start for me and although I'm still meeting my 5k and a little more but it's not being reported by the app.
Today my week started with a power outage at work in the morning, we were supposed to set up the payment but couldn't. .

Está semana comienza un poquito difícil para mí y aunque sigo cumpliendo mis 5k y un poco más pero no lo reporta la aplicación.
Hoy mi semana comenzó con apagón en la mañana en el trabajo, debíamos montar el pago pero no sé pudo.
I got home to cook on the run and ran to the kitchen
I came home to cook running and use the power because today in my area, they take away the power from 6 pm to 10 pm, maybe until 11 pm.
I heard on the news about the power outage in Spain, I hope the power is restored quickly.
Every day in this world the electricity is cut off and we have the programming in the City.
Llegué a casa para cocinar corriendo y utilizar la energía eléctrica pues hoy por mi zona, nos quitan el fluido eléctrico de 6 p.m a 10 p.m , puede que hasta las 11 p.m

Por las noticias supe de la falta de energía en España, espero que se restablezca el fluido rápido
Nosotros todos los días de este mundo nos quitan la electricidad y tenemos en la Ciudad la programación
This situation stresses me, because I must be depending on the existence of electricity or not to organize my life.
I am definitely going to incorporate relaxation exercises in the dark nights in order to stay balanced.
Está situación me estresa, pues debo de estar dependiendo de la existencia de electricidad o no para organizar mi vida.
Definitivamente voy a incorporar ejercicios de relajación en las oscuras noches para poder mantenerme equilibrada.
To give you an idea I'll leave you with this week's Blackout schedule. It's sounding pretty bad to me that I'm not seeing any improvement in this area, or many others.😡

Para que tengan una idea les dejo la programación de Apagón de esta semana. A mí me está sonando muy mal que no vea ninguna mejora en este aspecto, ni en muchos otros.😡
