Yesterday was a nice cloudy day. We prepared our lunch and got out to spend our afternoon outside. We passed our alley and hiked through gardens to get to foresty hills near us.
We hiked fast to warm up and when we got to our spot , we've done our Yoga practice which we do every day. As we were breathing and doing the movements, I felt that my energy is rising and I can see my surroundings more vividly . It was the best feelings.
The past few months I've experienced so much soreness and pain in my body because I was very anxious. physical activities are very good for my condition but something inside me wants to give up and sleep all the time even though I know the right path. Why is it so hard to do the right thing?
Yesterday was so fun. It's impossible to be down and depressed in the nature. maybe I should live in the nature where I can see the unlimited sky.Maybe the problem is the ceiling =))
Anyway after Yoga I wanted to eat lunch right away but @kam5iz suggested we climb trees fo a bit befor lunching. We played around on a leaning tree not a straight one so every time we figure out lots of new movements and it's exciting.
Then we made a small fire to enjoy it and also make coffee. After drinking coffee we were good to go climbing again and do interesting physical practices.
Our dogs got so excited when a flock of sheeps came near us. Smarty ran towards them once.she's so playful .But also doesn't want to cause trouble. Sheeps were so cute staring at us and didn't know what to do.
It was getting dark and we came back from the same route that we came from. I felt so relaxed and happy.
