supposed to deliver more with less resources and in general find ways to reduce costs and influence upper management and build business cases for my proposals. Oh yeah and still make sure that all other work gets done as well... No pressure LOL.

IT jobs are getting tougher, and calling people to office in the name of collaboration does not seem very fair, unless you are working with an inexperienced team.
