Went to the house yesterday and today to maintain the property and keep the process moving along.
Yesterday, my wife and daughter came along and helped me with things as well as had some fun at the beach.
We also had lunch on the deck. It was really nice the summer is almost here, sure feels like summer.

Splinterlands season is coming to an end, and I am going to do an analysis of the costs of playing in Modern League vs. Wild League now that we have a first full season without Chaos Legion.
The costs of renting in Modern League are definitely higher, and the SPS rewards are higher, but not as high as I would have expected.
It seems competition is weaker in Modern League as I was able to make it into Champion with just a gold level deck
Busy Wednesday for me as I am trying to balance work, property maintenance, home selling activities, family stuff, as well as Hive Witness maintenance and upgrade process.
The next two weeks are going to be really busy, and I am looking forward to wrapping up the house related activities.
I am planning to do a weight lifting workout tomorrow as I am behind on that as well, since the last workout was with my son on Sunday. It will have to be later in the day as we have a production deployment at work tomorrow, so I will not be able to sneak away during my lunch break tomorrow.
Hive seems to be doing pretty good, I am accumulating it for the next bull market as I don't believe that I will be able to accumulate enough Hive this year in order to lock in profits this year. But still nice to see it doing well.
