Saturday night, don't know where tge day went. We did manage to get out for a walk with my wife. We walked around our neighborhood and weather was a perfect seventy five degrees Fahrenheit, though with a sun on us it started feeling hot after a while.
In our neighborhood we saw these kids two boys and two girls, one Chinese boy about six years old or so and one Indian boy who looked even younger. The older boy approached us and told us that they are selling Popsicles for four dollars each.

The price was obviously too high, but it was not about that, as my wife said it is about supporting children. Since we didn't have any cash on us, I went back to the house and got four dollars.
The boys told us that the girls were ringing the doorbells and attempting to round up some more customers. It was all really cute. When we came back the girls were running back towards us. The older boy asked us: "Did you get the money? Four dollars?"

We said yes and my wife handed him the money, the slightly older white girl handed me the grape popsicle. She wasn't much older maybe seven years old. And the other girl who was also Indian did a cartwheel on the sidewalk.
Their parents were nowhere to be seen all of this time. We left the four happy kids there on the street in front of one of their houses. And we could hear them planning their next deal. Good to see the great teamwork from kids that young. Even the smallest boy helped sell as he showed us his completely melted grape Pedialite popsicle 😀
