Today I finally finished setting up my sauna. It took a bit longer than I have expected to do the final connection. First problem was that the power panel is so overloaded that there were no connection terminals left for the ground wire.
Since the ground wire is a solid 10 gage wire it is really difficult to work with. But I did manage to wire it into the ground bar. Another challenge was the fact that we don't have any free slots left for the breakers, so I had to remove a couple breakers to install the double pole 240 volt breaker.

So then I hooked everything up and turned back the power and nothing happened, the digital control panel was completely blank. I tested and both hot wires had power in sauna power box, but no power on any of the five outgoing power wires.
I rechecked all the wiring and everything was correct, I moved the data cable to the second terminal and nothing. I figured maybe I should switch black and white wires at the breaker. That should not make any difference as both are hot wires. But I turned off the power and switched the wires, turned the power back on and ... no difference.
Then I took the manual and read it one more time and sure enough, it talked about the power switch on the sauna power box! Turned out there is a small button under the box:

I flipped the switch and power came on! All that effort and it was a simple switch! The heater was now working and the temperature quickly reached 194 degrees Fahrenheit. That seems to be a limit set by software.
I also took a damp Costco yellow microfiber cloth and wiped all the wood inside sauna as well as the glass front of the sauna.
Then came the Culligan water technician, he showed me all the features of our whole house water softener system as well as the reverse osmosis system under the sink.
He could help me connect the app to the systems, for that I had to call Culligan and after taking to four representatives I was finally able to connect.

Then I had a lunch break to eat and after eating I started on pressure washing the deck and patio underneath it. I also washed the rails, columns and stairs.
It was a very productive day!
