I don't think they have listed Hive on Coinbase Advanced Trading, that is different. But I did hear CEO of Coinbase say that 5% of the Coinbase users will get access to Base trading with more in the future:
"DEX Integration: Coinbase is integrating decentralized exchanges (DEXs), starting with those on the Base network, directly into its main app for select US users (excluding New York). This allows for near-instant trading of Base-native tokens and will expand to other networks like Solana and Ethereum in the future."

So if you happen to be a "select US user" then you might be able to buy HIVE in Coinbase app right now :)
