Some of Silvertop’s friends from down in Sunny California, like @thebighigg and @silversaver888 have been sending Sunshine North, and it looks like it finally “stuck”!☺️
The Mrs is expecting “Silver-Queen” corn seeds this weekend courtesy of Amazon.
I’m sure her plans include working outside in the garden!🥰
Guys if you have ever had what some people call “white corn”, it is very similar, but Silver-Queen corn, is much tastier!☺️
This variety is extremely popular in the midwest.
Where the Silvertop’s were born and raised in Cincinnati, it is THE most popular corn!🤗
Another similar variety that we discovered in Colorado, was Olathe sweet corn, all are simply delicious, and usually mature in about 90 days!
Living at the 49th parallel on this big planet, has its benefits……….

The official Sunset today is 9:10 PM, with what they call “Last light” lasting till 9:52 PM, and “first light” before even the birds wake up, at 4:24 AM!☺️
The days are still getting longer!🤗
Silvertop is heading back outside, I think I even got a little sun today, I see a tan developing….Lol☺️
