Standing on top of Sumas Mountain Silvertop couldn’t help but feel small……..
Looking out across the valley, I wondered how many people were struggling?😮
Health, Family, finances, it all can take its toll, especially this time of year!
Add on top of all that stress, the recent plunge of Bitcoin, and a Merry Christmas, seems more like Ebeneezer Scrooge bah humbug!🙄
Silvertop grabbed his hike early today, @elizabethbit will be hurrying home from work shortly!🥰
Then we will be hurrying off together………😇
Later this evening our Church is taking over the local volunteer fire department building !☺️
Why you ask?………….
The Fire department doors will be open, and the smell of freshly cooked Turkey’s will fill the hall!
A free Thanksgiving meal for all!😊
It still surprises me, that as I toss another log in the warm wood stove after a cold rainy day hiking……..so many people don’t even have a home!😮
So when you turn up… or down, that thermostat, and finish that last bite of a delicious dinner, remember how Blessed you are my friends!😍
Ohhh……….and don’t forget to buy the Bitcoin dip Lol!😇🤣
