Phoenix is a sweet little girl…….
She was a “rescue dog” on her “last” home placement, when our son adopted her!………😇
She still has separation anxiety, she gets very worked up when you leave the house without her!🙄
It’s like she doesn’t believe you are even coming back!😮
Bill believes someone mistreated this little dog. When I reach to pet her head, she ducks, did someone in the past hit Phoenix……..we will never know!😮
“Come on Girl, we need to get some firewood split, I’m sure you want outside as well!”😊
Phoenix “bounces” with excitement, every time we go outside, and each and every day Liz comes home from work!🤗
Today Silvertop’s leg got in the way of Phoenix’s bouncing up and down!😬
Phoenix is still a work in progress, but aren’t we all?😇
Cot our “Baby Mountain Lion” was also a rescue kitty!😻
We already had one indoor Cat “Cyle” and Silvertop really didn’t want a second…..
Well that didn’t work out Lol!😇😺
This afternoon both Cot and Phoenix joined me on our couch……..
Cot still is very cautious, but they both wanted to sleep next to Dad!😍
“We have a peace treaty Liz Lol!”
As I type this post, Phoenix on my left has drifted off to sleep………..
To my right Cot has ramped up his “Motor”he is content, purring loudly as he snuggles close to Dad!😻
“Phoenix….Cot….Mom is home!”
Everyone was suddenly excited…….. including Silvertop…..Liz is home from work!”🥰
Now where did I put that leash Lol!
