That's a big reason that I've never tried to buy land, at least not yet! It would be wonderful to have my own land, though! πππβ¨π€
At one time when I was younger, I wanted 50 acres and a large home......
Now I realize, even if it's paid off they will charge me to live there with taxes that they increase every year!ππ€
