I did not know you had lightning storms……..
They were a regular occurrence back in Cincinnati, where we all grew up!
In the Pacific Northwest, they are almost nonexistent!🤔

They are very rare out here, I've only seen a few in the whole 8 years that I've been on the Island, and it's always surprising when they appear! For me too growing up in SW rural NJ, lots and lots of lightning storms! That's how it's been in most places that I've lived, not many lightning storms at all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
When we first moved to the Pacific Northwest I was at work at a new job and a lightning storm started outside......
Everyone stopped work to look out the windows, I couldn't figure out why, but it's because they're so rare!!🤣
I've seen that in some of the areas that I've lived too! I didn't realize until recently that electrical storms are far more common in some areas than others! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
They were extremely common in Cincinnati, but they didn't last long. A storm could blow in, rattle the windows in the house, and be gone in 30 to 45 minutes and the sun would be back!😎😀👍
That's how it was growing up back East, as well, my friend, they were very common, and they moved quickly! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
So much nicer to have storms like that...... in a pacific Northwest it just drizzles..... for days Lol!!😅
Absolutely, I very much agree, my friend! It's often like that here too, though there are times, like the almost two weeks that just past, where it just keeps raining for many days in a row. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
I am hoping we are reaching the time of the year where rain is more intermittent……..😅
