Glad the day wasn't rainy all day anyway, and being in central Texas would have sucked. Never build a house next to a river or small creek/ dry river bed... BTC is still holding above $110K, not too shabby. I hope it's a nice sunny day out there today!

        Definitely makes me glad that we live in the foothills!😇
        Where we live, the river in the valley has been filling up with gravel for years. No one will allow the river to be dredged, ….… consequently flooding each year will get worse during the spring time!🙄
