Amazing how long they can live... Some trees in California are over 2,000 years old, if they could only talk. That one from the early 1500's is a shame to see cut down, but I guess the lumber or firewood was needed!

        Liz is worried if we ever relocate to the eastern side of the mountains, any potential new owner could see this as a cash cow and cut down this majestic old western red cedar, that would be so sad!🙄
