Good question :-) No ideaβ¦ There already have been a lot of complaints about it from people living here, especially since itβs not really 100% legal like this. But going against it would mean a certain need to move out of townβ¦

Nope... They never do :-) The excuse is always "it's just once a year!". Yeah, it is, for YOUR organization, but the week after it is the next one that does that only "once a year", and the week after, and so forth... :-D
