I think that the bright side of it is that people will generally play fewer games and less often, as they would play only Linux (and Android) games !INDEED. 😅

Video games that are either free or are paid for only one time for the full version, are for single player only, and don't have random unlockable achievements (such as "Gain 10,000 Gold before the final boss") seem unlikely to have dark patterns. 🎮🧘♂️🤓
