The places "wasteland" and "park" are already very different from each other, let alone "industrial wasteland" and "seaside park". ๐งโโ๏ธ
I think that with enough time, effort, and motivation, almost every place (no matter how "ugly") can be made (more) beautiful. ๐งโโ๏ธ
