My oldest son and his wife are very close by, and sadly with him working at the refinery working very long hours, we see him actually less than we see our son that lives over 100 miles away.....

Oh wow, that is pretty wild indeed! I hope that your nearby son is able to find another position that provides the same or better income, and which allows for more personal time. ๐๐๐โจ๐ค
Unfortunately, he is at that age where he is climbing the ladder with long hours!๐

It's a shame that people have to go through all that for years just to learn the lesson that it's not the way to go! ๐๐๐โจ๐ค
And the sad thing is you can't tell anybody or try to share your experience they don't want to hear it they know where they're going Lol!๐
