Today, I took the dogs to the training field before lunch and went for a run afterward.
Before heading out for my 12-hour night shift, we went to the park with the dogs to meet my wife on her way home from work.

Dneska jsem před obědem zajel se psy na cvičák a po obědě si šel zaběhat.
Před odchodem na noční dvanáctku jsme šli se psy ještě naproti manželce do parku, když se vracela z práce.
At the training field, we practiced the slalom again. Since it was very hot, I set it up in the shade, and we only did a light workout. 🌳🐕

Na cvičáku jsme zase trénovali slalom. Jelikož bylo velké teplo, postavil jsem ho do stínu a trénovali jsme jenom zlehka. 🌳🐕

I went for a run along the bike path again. The weather wasn't exactly ideal for running, so I brought a liter of water with me. 🏃♂️💧

Běhat jsem šel znovu po cyklostezce. Počasí na běh nebylo úplně ideální, a proto jsem si s sebou vzal litr vody. 🏃♂️💧
The rhododendrons are still in bloom in the park, and it looks absolutely beautiful there.

V parku stále kvetou rododendrony a vypadá to tam opravdu nádherně.
