Dneska jsem si šel po obědě zaběhat, a než jsem šel na další noční dvanáctku, tak jsme šli vyvenčit psy. 🏃🥵 🐕
It was even hotter today than yesterday, so I only went for a shorter, easy run and mixed it up with some 120-meter hill repeats. ☀️🏃⛰️

Dneska bylo ještě větší teplo než včera, tak jsem vyběhl jen na kratší vzdálenost a pohodový běh jsem proložil vybíháním 120m kopce. ☀️🏃⛰️
We also took our son's dog, Dante, out with us. We just walked over to the meadow in the housing estate and sat in the shade for a bit. 🐕🌳🐾

Ven jsme vzali i synova psa Danteho. Zašli jsme jen na louku na sídlišti, kde jsme si na chvíli sedli do stínu. 🐕🌳🐾
